Overheard

There are reasons why we ought to keep private conversations private. And conversations between two people, between just two people. This is what takes place when one holds a seeming soliloquy  with because  one party speaks in a manageable  volume but the other you insist  on keeping the decibels in a gratingly high  key.  Other  not privy to  the conversation hears it. It is really not flattering if what is overheard happens to go like this:

“I CANNOT THINK!”

Although in this event, nothing truer could have been uttered.
